Guillermo Canas, who just ended a 15 month suspension for doping, beat Roger Federer at the Pacific Life Open, 7-5, 6-2.
I'm stunned. But Roger's still the greatest ever and he's still the cat's meow.
In other news, my back seems to be wrecked. Wrecked I tell you! It's been nagging me for the last week or so. Maybe it's old age, maybe it's all the walking, maybe it's all the sitting and writing with my laptop but my back is wrecked.
I hope I'm in better shape by mid week when I'm suppose to hit the tennis courts against my longtime tennis nemesis and archrival...stay tuned.
